Ken Niesman represents foreign and domestic businesses in mergers and acquisitions, financings and contract negotiations, especially in the heavy equipment manufacturing/distribution, chemical and database marketing sectors. In addition, Ken serves as United States counsel for several Nordic corporate entities. He has extensive experience with Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as well as disposition of businesses, employee screening, distribution and dealership warranties and arrangements. In addition, Ken is on the advisory board of Carroll Co., a leading manufacturer of private branded cleaning and maintenance chemicals.

While most of Ken’s transactional work is on behalf of Texas-headquartered entities, he represents several foreign businesses in their United States activities. Ken has developed strong relationships with the Finnish government, along with the nation’s businesses.
