Grecia Rivas works in our Business Law Department and is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. She began at Foley as a summer associate where she conducted research and drafted memoranda or other documents for a variety of corporate and litigation matters at the direction of supervising attorneys. Grecia has also served as the Managing Editor for the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy, Education Chair of the Chicano Hispanic Latino Law Students’ Association, and has contributed her skills at the Catholic Charities Dallas Mithoff Pro Bono Program, assisting asylum seekers in legal proceedings and the Texas Law Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, assisting small businesses in the Austin area with their legal needs.
