Stephen J. Szabo III is a partner and real estate business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He focuses his practice on the areas of commercial real estate; golf course, marina, recreation, and resort development law; leasing and finance; commercial lending; and state taxation. Steve is counsel to large residential developers of both high-end condominium projects and planned unit developments as well as assisted living communities. He also works for owners/developers of apartment complexes and shopping centers and has extensive experience representing lenders on multi-state loan transactions.
