Partner Judith Waltz was quoted in a Fierce Healthcare article, “3 areas of the Stark overhaul likely to give providers compliance headaches,” about two proposed rules designed to ensure that value-based care deals don’t run afoul of the Stark Law and the anti-kickback statute.
