Senior Counsel Taylor White was quoted in a Business Insurance article, “Employer hopes for OSHA alliance dashed as nominee withdraws,” about the withdrawal of Scott Mugno, President Trump’s nominee to be assistant secretary of labor for the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
White, who advises employers on workplace safety and other issues, said he hasn’t noticed any big changes in enforcement activity at the agency since the Obama administration. “In a couple of instances, they’ve been even more aggressive than I’ve seen them in the past,” he said.
