Foley Gardere represented a U.S.-based, privately-owned oil and gas company in an acquistion valued over $250 million that was structured as a sale of membership interests, resulting in the indirect transfer of upstream assets in the Oklahoma STACK play. The transaction is expected to close in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
