Partner Nathaniel Lacktman was quoted in an Orlando Business Journal article, “How Florida’s New Telehealth Bill Can Save Your Biz Money,” on April 18, 2016. The article discussed Florida’s new telehealth bill, which Governor Rick Scott recently approved. House Bill 7087 will establish a task force to study telehealth and the passing gives the OK to insurance representative, doctors, hospitals, direct telehealth providers and state representatives to begin studying telehealth services. Lacktman, who helped write the bill, said the bill will help strengthen the local medical tourism industry and increase presenteeism in the workplace.
