Partner Joseph Jacqout contributed an article to Bloomberg BNA’s The United States Law Week, “Trillions in the Balance: Which Way Will the Wheels of Justice Turn in Spokeo v. Robins?,” on November 17, 2015. In the article, Jacquot argues that the U.S. Supreme Court’s pending decision in Spokeo Inc. v. Robins may have a substantial impact on the business community. Jacquot says the case has the potential to usher in a new era of no-harm class actions and he stresses the roles of federal judiciary, separation of powers and federalism as key concerns in the case.
