The Houston Business Journal spoke with Gardere Vice Chair Eric A. Blumrosen regarding the Firm’s Houston office relocation. The Firm’s office space spans 75,000 square feet and occupies three new floors in Wells Fargo Plaza, where Gardere has been a tenant for the past 16 years.
"We looked at other space in the downtown area, but we were very happy with the Plaza," said Mr. Blumrosen. "It's a very good location for ingress and egress, and it's close to public transportation for our staff."
