The article discussed the appointment by President Barack Obama to name David Cohen as the deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency and Cohen’s role in sanctions and the intelligence community. Swift was quoted saying, “The threat the CIA deals with now is [primarily] non-state actors. The fact of the matter is, ‘follow the money’ works, especially when dealing with non-state actors.”
