Partner Nathaniel Lacktman was quoted throughout a MobiHealthNews story, “6 Regulatory and Procedural Hurdles for Multistate Telemedicine,” on December 12, 2013, regarding state laws governing the practice of medicine. He was quoted saying, “It’s relatively easy to do [telemedicine] if you’re going to stay within your particular state.
