Law360 highlighted five tips experienced litigators shared for keeping jurors engaged during complex litigation. On advice to humanize the case, Litigation Partner Jeffrey S. Davis shared that sometimes the problem is not the lawyer but rather with the expert. "If you can articulate the facts clearly through your witness, that's going to be the best shot at winning over the jury," Mr. Davis said. "Witnesses that are credible are usually likable."
