Fredericksen on NPR's The Diane Rehm Show

Managing Partner Scott Fredericksen appeared as a guest on National Public Radio’s “The Diane Rehm Show” to discuss the Justice Department secret subpoena of Associated Press reporters’ phone records. Fredericksen, a former federal prosecutor, discussed whether the Justice Department was justified in its actions.
