Foley Partner Matthew Breuer was quoted in an article titled “Condo loans harder to come by as association dues go unpaid” in the October 16, 2009 issue of the Jacksonville Business Journal. Breuer discusses new guidelines from the Federal Housing Administration that would change the rules under which it insures condo loans, adding that there is hope the new rules will consolidate and streamline the approval process.
