In the October 2007 issue of Florida Trend magazine, Foley Partners Anat Hakim and Catherine Sun are quoted on Florida companies doing business in China in light of Florida’s growing bioscience industry. Hakim discusses the challenges in doing business in the area of intellectual property in China and Sun notes that American companies will continue to do business in China due to low taxes, inexpensive utilities and cheap labor.
