Partner Gardner Davis and Associate Neda Sharifi contributed an article to Bloomberg BNA’s Corporate Law & Accountability Report, “CEOs Provide Common Sense Corporate Governance Principles,” on October 18, 2016. The authors shared comments on board elections, management compensation and independent chairmen.
