Foley Of Counsel Gregory Husisian authored an article that appeared in the July 2011 issue of Aftermarket Business titled “Third Parties and the FCPA.” Husisian discusses the Foreign Corrupt Policies Act (FCPA) problems raised by agents and distributors. Husisian adds that the implementation of an effective FCPA compliance program is one of the best means for companies with frequent exports and operations abroad to minimize the risk of FCPA prosecution.
