Foley Partner Michael Lockerby co-authored an article that appeared in the International Journal of Franchising Law: Volume 8, Issue 4 (2010), titled “Avoiding and Managing System-Wide Litigation in International Franchising.” The authors advise manufacturers and franchisors on how to manage or avoid class action and other system-wide litigation against independent dealers, distributors and franchisees.
