Foley Partner John R. Trentacosta will be speaking at the Michigan Judicial Institute Regional Judicial Seminar on January 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The Judicial Seminar is presented to all Business Court Judges in the State of Michigan. His presentation, entitled “Damages in Business Cases: Key Points and Common Issues, Measure of Damages in UCC and Non-UCC Disputes,” will review the types of damages awarded to buyers and sellers under the UCC, the types of damages awarded in non-UCC cases, and various other commercial law topics.
