Environmental Enforcement Panel Discussion, Regulated Perspective

Gardere senior attorney Jonathan Bull will serve as a panelist at the Texas Environmental Superconference’s Wednesday evening program, which will explore environmental enforcement from the perspectives of both regulators and regulated entities.
The “Regulator Perspective” portion of the program begins Aug. 2 at 6 p.m., and Bull will speak on the subsequent “Regulated Perspective” panel beginning at 7:15 p.m.
A former EPA attorney in the Hazardous Waste Enforcement Branch, Bull practices in Gardere’s environmental group and holds an M.S. in geology from the University of Massachusetts.
