Gardere Attorneys Adam Hull, Rick Jordan and Terrell Miller will present “Practical Legal Tips for Organizing and Exiting” at SXSW Interactive on March 14.
Attendees will form a fictional tech company, split up the founders’ equity and create an incentive plan. The group will then explore capital raising alternatives, securities offering matters and exit opportunities. The hypothetical progression of the tech company will be designed around questions and issues submitted by attendees before the workshop.
