Gardere Corporate Partner Richard A. Tulli is scheduled to speak at the TexasBarCLE's 11th Annual Advanced Business Law Course on Thursday, Nov. 7 at the Hilton Houston Westchase. Mr. Tulli will present "2013 Legislative Update" alongside Daryl Robertson and discuss amendments to various provisions of the Texas Business Organizations Code.
The two-day event offers in-depth presentations on current legal issues for business law attorneys. MCLE credit, including ethics credit, will be provided.

In Bank United, NA v. GC of Vineland, LLC, Karen and William Scism and GC Vineland, LLC filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey against Golden Corral Corporation and Golden Corral Franchising Systems Inc.
