Zachary Sher is an associate and a corporate and regulatory health care attorney with experience advising hospitals, providers, and health care enterprises on complex transactions, corporate and regulatory matters. Zachary is currently based in the New York office and is a member of the Health Care Practice Group. Zachary’s practice focuses on health care transactions, including mergers; acquisitions; joint venture arrangements; and other affiliations and strategic transactions; forming provider groups and general corporate governance matters. Zachary has represented several high-profile, private equity-backed health care services providers, including in the fields of radiology, behavioral health, gastroenterology, cardiology, dermatology, anesthesia, and dentistry. In addition, his clients include privately-held health systems, physician-owned provider groups, health care technology companies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment providers, surgery centers, home health and hospice agencies, laboratories, telemedicine providers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and other ancillary health care services.
Prior to joining Foley, Zachary served as an associate for a New York law firm where he focused on transactional health care and employment law. He provided guidance regarding acquisitions, real estate, employment issues, and state and federal regulatory health care laws to various healthcare clients.
