Foley Partner Courtenay Brinckerhoff will join Janet Gongola and Bob Bahr, leaders from the USPTO’s Office of Patent Legal Administration, as well as American IP Law Association (AIPLA) members, to address prosecution procedures relative to Inventor’s Oath and Declaration, and Pre-Issuance Submission during the AIPLA AIA Road Shows on October 3 and 5, 2012. The single day programs, in Chicago, IL and Arlington, VA respectively, will provide IP professionals with insights on practicing under the rule changes which took effect on September 16, 2012. USPTO representatives will discuss the various changes and practitioners will address the impact as well as provide tips for adapting to the new system.
