ICC's Annual Arbitration Conference

Gardere attorney Viviana Castro has been invited to participate as a speaker at "A Discussion of Theoretical and Practical Issues Facing Young Practitioners," organized by the Latin American Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum. The conference will be held on Nov 1. in conjunction with the Nov. 2 ICC's Annual Conference in Miami.

Ms. Hurtado will contribute to the roundtable discussion "Who's the Boss? A Theoretical Approach," where she will cover the various players in the international arbitration arena and the role that each play, in the effort of helping young practitioners determine where to turn for answers during the arbitration process.
