1-6 p.m. CDT
Gardere Attorneys Adam C. Hull, Rick Jordan and Thomas Haskins, along with StartupRunner Partner Evan Loomis, will be presenting on a panel at SXSW Interactive on March 14. The panel titled "Startup Success: From Formation to Exit" will cover real-life experiences with startups and maturing companies, with a focus on key formation issues, raising capital, and creating equity and other incentive plans for key people without giving away the company. When founders get these issues right, they get sued less, paid more and retain greater control of their company.
The panel discussion will be held in rooms 400-402 at the Hilton Austin Downtown. For more information about SXSW Interactive, including registration options, click here.
