Gardere Partner Jess A. Dance will participate on the panel “A Walk on the Wild Side: When Franchisor and Franchisee are on the Same Side of the ‘V’” at the Monday session of the 2016 IFA Convention in the District of Columbia.

Legal, procedural and business issues, as well as practical aspects of how to work together during the dispute, will also be discussed.

Mr. Dance is a partner in the Firm's global supply network and commercial litigation groups. His practice focuses on franchise, products liability, consumer protection and complex commercial litigation matters.
