The US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) has redefined the anti-bribery compliance function for multinational corporations across the world. The extraterritoral applicability of the legislation along with the rather aggressive enforcement by U.S. authorities has mandated that corporations keep themselves abreast with developments.
