From Next Gen ACO to the new Comprehensive Joint Replacement (CJR) Bundled Payment Program, new payment alternatives continue to gain momentum as a primary revenue stream for many providers in the near future. As a result, all providers will be driven to develop the tools and capabilities to harness costs against better outcomes through identifying and implementing the correct technology strategies and platforms – at the right time with the right partners and collaborators.

Additionally, payers are increasingly mandating that hospitals remain accountable well after discharge, and become full-care and financial partners with other providers in post-discharge care. With these changes, prudent systems and providers will cut their learning curve and enhance their ability to survive in this environment with the correct tools and strategies.

Speakers from the investor/sponsor, health system, and information technology (IT) sectors will discuss:

  • The cost and benefits of various IT investments
  • How to harmonize new investments with legacy investments (sharing costs consistent with regulatory requirements amongst partners/collaborators, timing, and staging of investments in IT)
  • Benchmarks you can implement to measure success

Speakers

Todd Johnson, CEO, HealthLoop
Joseph M. Schulman, Executive Director, Northwell Health Solutions
Trenor Williams, Managing Partner, Clinovations, The Advisory Board
