Cristina Portela Solomon, a partner in the Firm’s labor and employment practice, will present “How to Draft Employment-Related Documents That Will Help Minimize Employer's Liability in Employment-Related Dispute” at an upcoming seminar hosted by Meador Staffing.
Ms. Solomon will cover how to draft internal employee records and documents, as well as how to respond and create proper documentation for administrative agencies. An overview of record keeping requirements will also be discussed.
