Partner Matt Karlyn, Co-Chair of Foley’s Technology Industry Team and member of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice, led a Lorman Education Services’ course entitled, “Preparing Effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)” on October 30, 2017.
Mr. Karlyn discussed how to best craft a service level agreement for various technology transactions as well as the importance of properly defining service levels for the benefit of all parties in a transaction.
