Burr Quoted on Rental Concessions and 2009 Property Management Maintenance Industry Trends

Foley Partner Stephen Burr was quoted in two articles that appeared on Lowe’s for Pros online in January 2009.

In an article titled “Using Rental Concessions Effectively,” Burr provides his insight into the use of rental concessions as a bargaining tactic during rental negotiations, adding that concessions granted to new tenants may undercut tenants who have already committed to a lease at full price.

In an article titled “The Year Ahead for Property Managers: Property Management Maintenance Industry Trends,” Burr predicts a number of issues that residential and commercial property managers can expect to face during uncertain economic circumstances in 2009.
