Court Rules protects against inadvertent data” in the January 19, 2009 issue of Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Seabolt provides his insight into safe harbor provisions for e-discovery, adding that varying interpretations of safe harbor may create confusion in courts that will need to be sorted out through litigation.
