Vogel Podcast Named One of 'Week's Best' on Mediate.com

Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP Partner Peter Vogel's podcast on "How To Work With E-Mediation and Special Masters in E-Discovery Cases" was named one of the week's best mediation postings on Mediate.com.

Mr. Vogel, the chair of Gardere's Electronic Discovery Group and co-chair of the Technology Industry Team, co-hosted the 40-minute podcast with attorney Allison O'Neal Skinner, of Alabama's Sirote & Permutt. Mr. Vogel and Ms. Skinner will also host a webcast for TexasBarCLE on "When to Use eMediation or Special Masters in eDiscovery" on Feb. 16, 2010 from 2-3:30 p.m.
