Gardere Lands 17 Attorneys on 'Rising Stars' List

DALLAS - Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is proud to announce that 17 firm attorneys have earned selection to the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list published by Thomson Reuters, Legal division. The list of the state's most accomplished young attorneys is included in the April 2011 edition of Texas Monthly

Dallas attorneys from Gardere included in the Rising Stars list and their practice areas are: Barry M. Golden, Antitrust Litigation; Michael S. Haynes, Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights; Marcus Helt, Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights; Ryan Kaiser, Family Law; Steven Lockhart, Business Litigation; Peter L. Loh, Business Litigation; Eric Christopher Lugger, Construction Litigation; Colin Martin, Business Litigation; Aimee Cook Oleson, Business Litigation; Kimberly M. Phillips, Insurance Coverage; Robert T. Slovak, Construction Litigation; and Celeste Yeager, Employment & Labor. 

The firm's Houston attorneys earning Rising Stars honors are: Scott D. Ellis, Business Litigation; Audrey Momanaee, Business Litigation; Samantha Trahan, Insurance Coverage; and Rhonda Reed Weiner, Business Litigation. 

Frederick W. Sultan IV, Business Litigation, earned selection to the list from the firm's Austin office.

Rising Stars honorees are the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years. Attorneys are selected based on nominations by members of the elite Texas Super Lawyers list, who nominate young lawyers they have personally observed in the courtroom. Only 2.5 percent of Texas attorneys were chosen for this honor.
