E-Commerce Times Features Partner Peter Vogel in Samsung, Apple Article

In a recent E-Commerce Times article, writer Erika Morphy describes the continuing clash between Samsung and Apple. The companies have been meeting in courtrooms across Europe and also in Australia for what feels like forever. Ms. Morphy reached out to Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, to discuss the issues.
"There are a number of different claims that overlap and deal with multiple patents. Apple could have a patent application in the works that could be issued next week or next year or next month that could change the scenario yet again. The same for Samsung," Mr. Vogel said.
