Partner Irwin Raij discussed the New York Islanders hockey team’s relocation to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, stating that the Islanders has the opportunity to market itself as a Brooklyn team and find ways to accommodate season ticket holders before moving to its new location. He adds that the team does not have to face building debt, which will positively impact its bottom line.
