Twelve HISD Students Compete in Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition

Twelve students from Houston Independent School District competed in the final round of the 17th Annual Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition. The students gave three- to five-minute speeches answering the question, "If you could talk directly to Dr. King about a dream for our future, what would you tell him?"
