Shriner Selected as Recipient of Milwaukee Bar Association's Pro Bono Publico Award

Tom Shriner, a litigation partner in Foley’s Milwaukee office, has been selected as the individual attorney recipient of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Pro Bono Publico award. During the past three decades Shriner has either personally accepted or supervised numerous younger Foley attorneys in more than 60 pro bono criminal cases heard by the Seventh Circuit.
The selection committee evaluated many nominations employing general criteria as follows: developing innovative ways to deliver volunteer legal services or improve access to justice, participating in activities that provide legal services to the poor or increase access to justice, and working on legislation that increases access to justice.
