Gardere's Future Home Dubbed 'Sexy' at Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Dallas Business Journal featured the groundbreaking of Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC's "sexy" $225 million Uptown tower, McKinney & Olive. The DBJ made mention of Gardere being the first company to sign a lease in the new building, and spoke with Chair Holland N. O'Neil.

"They just wowed us," Ms. O'Neil said. "This is a location where a lot of our employees live or are coming from. For us to retain and recruit new lawyers and employees, it's kind of in the epicenter of the professional service firms. And more of our clients are here."
