Partner Michael Overly was quoted in a CSO article, "Scraping Away Profits," on October 1, 2015. The article discussed web-scraping bots and ways to detect and protect your intellectual property. Overly discussed legal protection against web scraping and said, "companies have to lay the groundwork for legal action by clearly stating in their website’s terms and conditions of use that web scraping or automated cataloging is prohibited."
