While some lawyers instead turn to technology assisted review, others avoid using electronically stored information altogether.
Mr. Vogel told the publication that “virtually all electronic discovery matters are handled by young lawyers that are under 40, because older lawyers don’t want to know about it, and they kind of buried their heads in the sand and they pretend it’s not there.”
