Foley Gardere Represents Rosewood Private Investments in Healthy Natural Acquisition

Foley Gardere represented Rosewood Private Investments, the private equity arm of Rosewood Corp., in its $18.3 million acquisition of Healthy Natural Inc., an Irving, Texas-based contract-manufacturing and packaging company of natural products, from California-based Rice Bran Technologies. The deal closed on July 14, 2017.
