Great Day Houston Interviews Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition Winner Tchanori Kone

Tchanori Kone, the winner of the 22nd Annual Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition in Houston, appeared on KHOU Great Day Houston with Gardere partner Scott Ellis to discuss her speech and its impact on the community.
“It’s inspiring – it gives you hope for the next generation,” Ellis said of Tchanori’s speech. Echoing that sentiment later in the broadcast, interviewer Deborah Duncan commented to Tchanori, “I feel a little bit more comfortable about my future because you are a part of it.”
