Newman Quoted in The Houston Chronicle about Hot Texas Market for Law Firms

Partner Michael Newman was quoted in the Houston Chronicle article, “More National Law Firms Are Looking to Elbow Their Way into Texas,” about the large number of national law firms continuing to move into Texas either via merger or opening standalone offices and recruiting Texas lawyers to them. As many as twelve national law firms are reported to be eyeing the entry into the state, according to the article.
“The national law firms are looking at Texas like a Field of Dreams,” Newman said.
