Of Counsel David Segrest was recently appointed to the board of directors of the Texas Tech Foundation. Segrest, a Texas Tech alumnus, was nominated to the board earlier this year and approved by the Tech System’s regents in October, according to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal article, “Texas Tech Foundation Names New Directors.”

The Texas Tech Foundation partners with the Tech System to raise, manage and invest private gifts for the benefit of the system and its four universities. The board of directors meets quarterly to review investment performance and ensure the long-terms interests of donors are being served.
