Boston Public Affairs Director Michael Capuano appeared on WBUR, Boston Public Radio, to comment on the first Democratic debate.
“In general I think it was a pretty good first introduction to a lot of people. I dont know if there was any big winner or any big loser. I would have been surprised if there was. It’s hard to break through with 10 people. But overall I actually think most of the candidates did pretty well by what they were trying to do,” said Capuano, who represented Massachusetts’ Seventh District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2013-2019.
