Members of the Foley International Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Team have published, in “The Anti-Corruption Report,” an article underscoring the prudence of cooperating with the DOJ and SEC in identifying third parties that may have paid bribes on a company’s behalf, as part of a compliance program that may lessen the company’s legal liability.
