Partner Chris Donovan was featured in an article published by McKnight’s Home Care Daily titled, “Legal expert: MA growth to spur uptick in home health financial activity in 2021,” about three major trends driving financial activity in the home health market: vertical consolidation, home health partnering with primary care physician practices, and home health agencies working with hospitals in joint ventures.
“2021 is going to be a very strong year for home health consolidation and m and a activity,” Donovan told McKnight’s Home Care Daily.
