Elise M. Carter

Elise Carter is an attorney in the Litigation department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Elise is based in the firm’s Salt Lake City office where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Prior to Foley, Elise was a staff attorney at another well-known firm in Salt Lake City.
